Iesha Martin wins Miss Bedfordshire 2013

The Winner of Miss Bedfordshire 2013 and going to the Final of Miss England is
Iesha Martin, age 21, a Dental Nurse from Bedford:
Runner up was Megan Bayliss, 18 from Barton-Le-Clay, with 3rd place going to Giorgia Davies, 21 from Bedford

The winner of Miss Bedfordshire 2013 was chosen by a panel of judges on Sunday 12th May in the Rose marquee of Luton Rugby Football Club.

During the final show in Bedfordshire the following awards were made:
- Miss Charity was Selina Raj – all contestants were fundraising for the Miss World registered charity 'Beauty With A Purpose'
- Miss Popularity was Ellen-Jayne Searle – all contestants took part in a public vote on the Miss England website
- Miss Congeniality was Medina Aliyu – this award was voted for in a secret ballot by all the contestants in the final.
- Miss Eco was Iesha Martin – all finalists were invited to create their own outfit from recycled or second hand materials. Iesha used read newspapers.
- Miss Fitness was Ellen-Jayne Searle – all the finalists were invited to take part in a training session by the trainer at Luton Rugby Club and an elimination ball-kicking contest was held in front of a large crowd of spectators before the kick-off of the last home match of the season.The last girl standing was Ellen-Jayne.
